Education gives hope
Many of the world's most vulnerable and excluded children are missing out on education. Without a quality basic education, children are less likely to escape the cycle of poverty. We're committed to ensuring every child reaches their full potential in safe and happy environments.
Education
We work with local governments to improve access to education and develop programmes where children can improve their literacy and numeracy skills at an early age. We also provide education in times of conflict or in the aftermath of a natural disaster to ensure children don't have their education interrupted or ended early.

Schools & Teachers
Well designed and equipped schools are non existent in rural areas. Due to the scarcity of government funding, the government schools that do exist are frequently in severe disrepair with lack of facilities. Every Child First's Smart Schools Program partners with communities to construct bright, safe, child-friendly and constructive learning environments so all children have the opportunity to pursue a quality education and to reach their full potential in a productive environment. We train teachers and other school personnel to improve the quality of education while linking education programs to interventions in health, nutrition and livelihoods to better address the reasons children don’t attend school.
